OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Manufacturing Test Fixture Management Reporting

Review and report capacity readiness of design partner against AWS production plans

Oversee and report test fixture validation for PCBA, server, and rack manufacturing

Monitor and report reliability testing data

Assist and execute Gauge R&R studies with design partner

Manufacturing Operations Monitoring and Reporting

Generate weekly assembly and test cycle time reports with design partner

Conduct daily first pass yield analysis with design partner

Prepare daily manufacturing failure Pareto charts with design partner

Perform weekly hardware replacement analysis with design partner

Analyze and report manufacturing bottlenecks and high cycle time processes

Monitor design partner staffing levels for AWS NPIs

Report daily production output and shipment metrics of PCBAs, server and racks

Report Daily Utilization of test equipment (UE)

Repair/Rework cycle time distribution of factory

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Execute AWS manufacturing specifications for New Product Introductions

Oversee Design for Excellence (DFX) implementation and compliance

Monitor progress of component failure analysis at design partner or suppliers

Conduct weekly test coverage analysis for:
PCBA manufacturing

Server assembly

Rack manufacturing

Supporting ENGINEERING Requests

Participate in daily handover meetings with AWS manufacturing engineers and design partner representatives

Document and track implementation of daily Action Items from engineers to design partner

Monitor and report progress of ongoing engineering experiments and assist design partners in setting up new experiments
