In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
- Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up.
- Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
- Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Automation.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of automation systems and continuous process control.
- Knowledge of distributed control systems, PLC and processes related to the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry.
- Experience in sales to end users and or previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- Some postgraduate degree in Administration, especially Marketing or Sales is a plus too.
- Advanced English Level.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
