**Requisitos**:

- Carrera profesional terminada con Título / Cédula
- Carreras: Ingeniería eléctrica, mecánica o tecnológica.

Experiência en manufactura / conocimiento Lean Manufacturing. Experiência en **ensamble (3-5 años)**

**Habilidades**:
.Habilidades en manejo de proyectos. Dominio de software MS Office y CAD. Capacidad de organización, comunicación y liderazgo. Aptitudes y conocimiento en mecánica. Dominio de comunicación verbal y escrita.

**Responsabilidades esenciales**:

- Desarrolla y actualiza la documentación del proceso y la instrucción del procedimiento.
- Realiza estudios de mano de obra directa utilizando prácticas de ingeniería aceptables y establece normas sobre operaciones, instalación y diseño de estaciones de trabajo.
- Define herramientas y accesorios utilizados en el proceso de fabricación. Coordina con los diseñadores de herramientas para especificar o adquirir nuevas herramientas, accesorios e ideas y accesorios.
- Analiza y evalúa métodos y estándares de fabricación. Brinda solución a problemas que afectan negativamente la seguridad, la calidad, la productividad y el costo del operador.
