**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Actively engage in discussion with implementation and support partners to manage SAP environments and provide SME, critical thinking and quality assurance to Gates development team working on technical stack that includes S4HANA, PO, Fiori.-
- Design and deliver new B2B and B2C integration (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP C4C, SAP Analytical Cloud) with Gates SAP S4HANA systems utilizing SAP OData based synchronous and API based integrations-
- Act as a liaison between Technical Team, Functional team, and System Integrators (direct and indirect staff) to architect efficient and scalable SAP solutions. As needed, Perform hands-on solution design, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.-
- Establish Standards, SOPs and Governance processes for SAP Technical services transformation while managing compliance to Controls and Regulatory policies.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This will be initially an individual contributor role with dotted line reports through project or cross functional / technical matrix organization and have and have responsibility for day-to-day coaching to ensure success in execution of multiple simultaneously running global & regional deployment projects and services

**QUALIFICATIONS**: _To_ perform this job _successfully_, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily_. _The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability _required_**Strong experience** in architecting and technical configuration of SAP solutions: SAP S4/HANA (On-Prem& Cloud), Fiori, PI/PO, SAP CPI.-
**Strong development background with expert understanding** of ABAP OO, Design Patterns, ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development paradigm, CDS, BOPF, Fiori, ODATA Services, BAPI, BADI, ALV, LSMW/ LTMC, Adobe Form, Enhancement Framework etc.-
- Previous experience working in a Global outsourced, managed services environment with blend of onshore and offshore resources. Working experience in Hybris IT landscape (On-Premise and Cloud) is desired.**Highly desired, but not **required**.**Relevant certifications **to include**: -** SAP S/4 HANA certifications, Cloud Certification.-
- Working knowledge of IT Governance & Service Management framework (ITIL)-
- Should have worked on integration with SAP, Non-SAP (A2A), External (B2B) and cloud (C2C) systems using SAP PO and SAP- CPI and standard Adapters like File, SFTP, SOAP, JDBC, RFC, and IDOC.-
**In depth knowledge** of **SAP new tools and technologies** - SAP BAS (Business Application Studio), ADT (ABAP development Tool), SAP web IDE, ABAP programming on S4 HANA, SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise cloud), SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP Cloud SDK and SAP S4 Cloud **in App and Side by Side** extensions processes & RESTful programming etc.**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or Business Administration; a Master's degree is preferred.-
**8+ Years** of experience working in SAP implementation and support projects in similar roles within a comparably sized or larger multi-national company.-
**3+** **Years'** experience in managing SAP technical teams or significant ERP teams for an established IT organization while managing delivery through software development life cycle (SDLC) in Managed Services environment.-
- Ability to be hands-on for all technical aspects and configuration of SAP technologies (Application, Middleware and User Experience), troubleshooting managing teams and support for data integrations-
