**Job Title**
Specialist Senior, HUB Process
**Position Purpose**
Analyze the activities corresponding to the logistics of the HUB's delivery routes and generate improvement plans to guarantee the collection times and deliveries on time. Review current HUB's operating processes and focus on planning, implementing and successfully completing projects. Interact frequently with a variety of internal and external people at different levels of the organization. Communicates with various departments to complete tasks, report on progress, and bring projects to completion.
**Primary Accountabilities**:
- Review of processes for operational efficiencies: creation and review of logs to identify controls: fuel performance, process of receipt and delivery of merchandise, logistics routes, direct and indirect deliveries, review of fleet incidents. Generation of institutional formats, communication, analysis and monitoring for efficiency plans in HUBs.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of daily HUB routes for delivery to stores, complying with collection and delivery times; as well as their corresponding KPI indicators and scorecards identifying points for improvement and communicating with the operation.
- Investigate and review the processes and procedures related to HUBs and Mega HUBs, ensuring step-by-step validation. Coordination and management of changes to processes in conjunction with the areas involved.
- Review and follow up on HUB's and Mega HUB's procedures generating the publication of the policy and / or the necessary additional documentation. Updating of necessary documentation.
- Monitoring of new projects, pilot tests, analysis of results until implementation.
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Stores Operations, Logistics, Supply, Inventory Control
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Process Improvement, Quality & Productivity, Project Management, Analysys, Office, Excell tables
Other / Preferred: Stores and HUB operation, SMS, english basic, Inventory Management
