We are seeking a highly creative Beauty Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of a leading cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of art and commerce—combining deep knowledge of beauty culture with precise execution across digital campaigns, product launches, and aspirational lifestyle content. You will translate trends, colors, and aesthetics into visuals that inspire desire and strengthen brand loyalty.
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Retouch beauty product photography with precision, ensuring flawless skin tones, accurate swatches, and high-end visual polish.
- Develop seasonal color stories and palettes that highlight product features and resonate with beauty consumers.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s luxury aesthetic across all touchpoints with consistency and attention to detail.
- Execute campaign materials for launches, tutorials, and promotional initiatives with fast turnaround times.
- Create lifestyle and aspirational content that tells stories of transformation, empowerment, and self-expression.
- Incorporate beauty trend insights from TikTok, Instagram, and global style reports into compelling creative output.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design execution aligns with campaign objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Haves for the Role**:

- Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with advanced photo retouching capabilities.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating beauty campaign work, product photography retouching, and luxury aesthetic execution.
- Mastery of color theory with ability to create aspirational palettes and trend-driven visuals.
- Strong understanding of beauty consumer psychology and what drives purchase decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills for clear collaboration in remote team environments.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Stable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with reliable backup option.

**Nice-to-Haves for the Role**:

- Active personal engagement in beauty communities (e.g., Sephora Squad, TikTok creator networks, beauty forums).
- Experience collaborating with beauty influencers or content creators.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram beauty trends and content styles.
