**Company Description**:
Bosch JuP2 began operations in March 2003 under the name of Morse Automotive and officially became Robert Bosch Mexico Sistemas de Frenos S. de RL de CV in October 2008. Juarez 2 is part of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division based in Broadview, Illinois. The plant is located in the Cd. Juarez / El Paso region and belongs to the Maquiladora Industry scheme of the region.
- Develop and maintain PLC SW programs for a variety of machines.
- Support production processes and daily operations.
- Project work to improve delivery, safety, productivity, and quality and to reduce cost.
- Use the Personal Protective Equipment assigned to the job.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of objectives defined in the sustainability system.
- Communicate deviations that affect sustainability, quality or internal policies systems.

Authority:

- Stop any risk that could affect the associate’s integrity, company patrimonial or environment.
- PLC/HMI software development for manufacturing equipment at JuP2
- Troubleshooting for connectivity and logic failures in equipment
- Support Industry 4.0 related projects
- Receive and install systems for new equipment
- Troubleshooting of programs and automated systems
- Program and monitor manufacturing data for engineering and production
- Handle daily necessary PLC changes on all supported production lines according to engineering requests

Key player in new projects aligned to safety, productivity, internal defect cost & service level.

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge on industrial communication protocols like Profibus, Ethernet, ASI, RS232, RFID
- Experience in PLC programming non Bosch tools like PanelView, Allen Bradley, industrial PCs, Siemens S7, Mitsubishi, OMRON, etc
- Using fieldbus systems; connecting multiple PLC controllers. via Profibus-DP, Ethernet, TCP/IP
- Experience in Bosch PLC programming tools (Desired)
- Preferably from PLC system house or worked in development of assembly and material conversion processes
- PLC programming of complex testing devices for e.g. leakage testing, pressure control, sensors, motors, motion systems, robots and process control
- System and machinery testing and tryout
- System calibrations
- Electric design and SW development for automated machine controls
- Bachelor degree in automation, electrics or electronics
- 3-5 years job experience in special machinery industry
- Advanced English
