**Chief Operating Officer COO**

Como empresa líder en el ramo alimenticio, buscamos a un **COO** que lidere de manera integral toda la operación y cadena de suministro, asegurando que nuestros productos premium en cadena de frío lleguen a tiempo, con frescura e inocuidad a nuestros clientes. Será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia operativa y logística, escalar la red nacional de CEDIS y 3PLs, optimizar costos y garantizar un servicio excepcional.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Dirigir la operación completa: compras, logística, importaciones, planeación de demanda y suministro, calidad y servicio al cliente.
- Consolidar el proceso S&OP y asegurar una toma de decisiones basada en datos (ERP, WMS, TMS, BI).
- Optimizar inventarios, rediseñar la red logística nacional y fortalecer la cadena de frío.
- Negociar y gestionar contratos con proveedores, 3PLs y transportistas.
- Asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio (COFEPRIS, FDA, NOM) y altos estándares de calidad.
- Implementar proyectos de productividad, mejora continua, automatización y eficiencia operativa.
- Desarrollar talento, construir equipos de alto desempeño y promover una cultura de colaboración y disciplina operativa.

**Perfil requerido**:

- +10 años en Supply Chain/Operaciones en alimentos refrigerados, perecederos, retail o FMCG.
- Experiência comprobada en redes logísticas nacionales, 3PLs, S&OP, importaciones y cadena de frío.
- Conocimientos sólidos en ERP (NetSuite), WMS, TMS, forecasting, Lean/Six Sigma y regulaciones sanitarias.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Alimentos o afín; MBA deseable.

**Indicadores clave del rol**: OTIF, Fill Rate, costo logístico, inventarios, mermas, forecast accuracy y estándares de calidad.
