EHS Generalist

At Acero Prime, we are committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for an experienced and passionate **EHS Generalist** to join our team and help us drive our environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage the company's waste, hazardous materials, and environmental impact reduction programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Perform safety audits and inspections, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- **Recent graduates who have completed internships in safety or environmental areas are also welcome to apply.**:

- Proven experience in EHS roles (internships or 1-3 years preferred), with a focus on workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- **Advanced English language skills are required.**:

- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016and other relevant standards.
- Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Ability to design and implement EHS programs and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in EHS management software and MS Office Suite.
