**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, initially with a specific focus on Operations roles.
- Contribute to our employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, with a focus on highlighting the opportunities and challenges in different teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of successful recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, and job boards, to attract top talent.
- A genuine interest in the fintech industry and a desire to contribute to our mission of becoming a financial companion to all the LatAm immigrants in the US
- Experience in employer branding and marketing is a big plus.
