**Senior Testing Manager**
- Bachelor’s degree required in Management, computer system engineering or related.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Operations and/or Technology areas. Preferably in Finance areas.
- Advanced English
- At least 7 years of experience in Testing Program Management, managing complex implementation projects

Key responsibilities
- Define program execution model and governance for key core e2e functions such as: Defect manager, Environment manager, release Manager, batch manager and performance/NFT manager
- Orchestrate the E2E Testing Program design aligning inter-dependencies and requirements from LOBs Testing Managers/Leads
- Elaborate and track Testing E2E integrated plan at deliverables level
- Coordinate the creation and ramp up plan alongside LOBs/Functions testing Managers/leads considering all ecosystem interdependencies
- Manage E2E Defect manager and lead Environment manager, release Manager, batch manager and performance/NFT manager

Hybrid in Mexico City (3 days per week in the office)
