**Job Summary**:
Point of contact / Main Interface between Demand Planning and CBS Supply Network Planning for the daily E2E prioritization process to improve Key Customers Service Level, with Customer Development for the correct synchronization between supply and demand and with Marketing for New Product development.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- The Demand Fulfillment Planner is responsible for the daily interaction between the subsidiary demand planning and the CBS SNP organizations to achieve Key Customer’s Service targets and Inventory objectives.
- This position requires the daily communication and prioritization of Key Customers´ alerts to avoid OOS and lost sales while optimizing the Hub/Sub inventories.
- The Demand Fulfillment Planner also represents Key Customers in the weekly/ monthly disciplines/ meetings between DP/ CBS SNP
- Understand Commercial activities and goals
- Daily sales performance follow up, analysis of over & under performance by CDT on SKUs at risk
- Work with SNP and Demand Planning to identify potential stock availability issues for Key Customer
- Provide visibility and work with the Customer Demand Manager to determine the required reservations, allocations and quotas within the CDTs based on commercial priorities
- Develop plans to mitigate Mid Term
- Long term stock outs, ensure they are profit enhancing & work with CBS SNP & CDT
- Follow up on Monthly / Weekly DP adjustment based on Supply Plan confirmed by CPFRs
- Monitor and communicate weekly production execution to CPFRs to compare it with Customer’s Supply Plan
- New Products (imported SKUs) launch Follow up

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS college degree or its equivalent.
- Two to Three years of experience in the industry

**Skills**:

- Analytic, facility to work with numbers, facility to collaborate with others.
- Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- This position requires strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business in the replenishment process.

**Preferred qualifications include**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in fulfillment and replenishment methods and with an understanding of

their financial and operational impacts.
- Knowledge of SAP/APO
