We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and lead product builds from architecture to launch—serving as a technical anchor and thought partner across zero-to-one and beyond.
This isn’t a narrowly scoped dev role. We’re looking for someone who builds with purpose—who understands how product and software decisions shape business outcomes. You’ll think like a founder, architect like a CTO, and ship like a senior engineer—using AI and modern tooling to move fast and stay sharp.
What youll do:
- Build for business impact - Deliver software that solves real business problems and drives measurable results.
- Think in systems - Design infrastructure, data models, and product flows that balance speed, scale, and long-term maintainability.
- Drive outcomes - Translate business goals into clear execution plans and collaborate closely with non-technical founders, operators, and stakeholders.
- Lead by example - Set standards, mentor teammates, and uphold a high bar for engineering quality and delivery.
- Leverage AI tools - Use AI-enhanced workflows (code generation, automation, analytics) to increase throughput and reduce time-to-market
**Requirements**:
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS, and modern stacks.
Full-Stack Experience - 5+ years leading full product builds, ideally in environments where quality and speed both matter.
Systems Thinking - Strong architectural skills across APIs, databases, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure.
Business Orientation - Ability to prioritize and execute technical work in service of business and product strategy.
Problem Solving - Clear thinking and strong debugging skills with a preference for simple, maintainable solutions.
Collaboration & Communication - Excellent communicator with experience bridging technical and non-technical teams.
AI Fluency - Exposure to or interest in building AI-enabled products, LLMs, or data-driven features
Bonus Points
Experience with React Native or other mobile frameworks.
Background in product studios, consultancies, or accelerator environments.
You’ve launched and maintained an entire product independently.
You write tests that let teams move fast with confidence.
