We are seeking a detail-oriented **Safety Specialist** to ensure compliance with **FMCSA regulations**, monitor driver **Hours of Service (HOS)**, and promote a culture of safety across our fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and audit **driver logs (ELD/HOS)** to ensure compliance with **FMCSA regulations**.
- Track and address **HOS violations**, providing corrective action when needed.
- Conduct **safety audits** and assist with driver **onboarding & training programs**.
- Maintain accurate records of **driver qualifications, certifications, and compliance documents**.
- Assist in **accident/incident investigations** and reporting.
- Collaborate with the **Safety & Operations teams** to implement best practices.
- Ensure all drivers adhere to **company safety policies** and **federal/state regulations**.
