As a CBRE Bilingual Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receives and directs internal and external calls, maintaining a daily report.
- Greets clients and visitors, following security procedures and the Internal Front Desk Manual.
- Reserves meeting rooms through Outlook, including any special meeting requests.
- Supports messaging and gift registration according to policy.
- Maintains daily reports on activities related to their duties and monitors their status.
- Receives communications from government institutions.
- Manages parking courtesy calls for visitors.
- Manages transportation services, registering and checking services monthly.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in corporate office reception
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Excellent office skills
