**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations and processes of the company’s facilities. Ensuring that all activities are completed effectively, safely and on schedule.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Schedule and assign work orders as well as proactive maintenance tasks
- Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Supervise and manage employees of the maintenance department
- Identify and implement proactive strategies that ensures efficient operations, in preventive, predictive, reactive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and tools through timely inspection and repair
- Ensure all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and ISO, SOP’s, HACCP, OSHA and GMP standards
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance, to optimize resources and minimize costs

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar), Administration or Facility Management
- At least 7 years of proven experience in one of the following industries (oil, pharmaceutical, chemistry and/or food)
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
- Advanced English
- Working knowledge with processing equipment
- Knowledge and experience with heat and cooling systems
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of: PLC software, Maximo automation software (or similar), MS Office Suite & Automation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
