**Description**

We are actively looking for an **EHS Supervisor**who will support and guide in Safety, Health and Environmental aspects. Developing, implementing and maintaining EHS programs and policies, ensuring compliance with national regulations as well as stakeholder requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Environmental Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced Knowleadge in:

- Management of EHS procedures
- Group management, safety commissions, sustainabilitu committees
- Implementation of management systems
- Troubleshooting
- Regulatory knowledge
- Internal auditor
- Decision making in the implementation and management of EHS policies
- Knowleage in ISO-9001 and IATF desirable

**Activities**
- Compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements in Safety, Health, and Environment.
- Coordination and execution of EHS awareness campaigns.
- Supervision of unsafe acts and conditions, including the closure of findings.
- Management of EHS indicators and reports.
- Coordination of emergency response teams, drills, and emergency response.
- Participation in projects involving new production lines, facilities, and process changes.
- Administration and control of the EHS-related budget.
- Verification of compliance with applicable standards (e.g., NOM-002, NOM-019).
- Follow-up on incidents and accidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
