We are looking for a talented **Assistant CNC operator** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our **CUMMINS** in **Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, México.**

**Job description**:
The CNC Operator Assistant operates production machinery and equipment in a narrowly oriented manufacturing environment, meeting quality, productivity, safety and environmental standards.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Identify and immediately report any hazards related to injuries, illnesses, incidents or occupational hazards.
- Use personal protective equipment and participate in HSE training.
- Comply with standard work procedures, including SPC, poka-yoke and visual standards.
- Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming materials.
- Raise issues to reduce costs and risks associated with quality.
- Operate CNC machinery, perform manual assembly and move materials with hoists.
- Ensure production targets are met within the established cycle time.
- Transport parts to inspection area and deliver finished products.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with assigned team and support areas.
- Actively participate in process improvement, safety, quality and employee development.

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Completed high school or technical career.

**Horario**: Rotativo 3 turnos (6am a 2:30pm// 2:30pm a 10:30pm // 10:30 a 6am)

**Días laborales**: Trabaja el horario de 6x 2 (L-D)

**Responsibilities**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Previous experience in handling CNC machinery.
- Ability to perform manual assemblies and handle measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of part inspection and quality control.
- Familiarity with the use of hoists and material handling.
