Architect - Commercial Projects

We are seeking an Architect minimum 6 years experience working with Corporate, Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Airports design facilites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluates, selects and applies standard architectural techniques and procedures. Exercises judgment when making minor adaptations and modifications to design concepts.
- Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features and receives assistance in deriving possible solution to unusual problems.
- Performs a variety of architectural assignments on small projects and/or specific portions of larger projects.
- May supervise, coordinate and direct the work effort of CADD designers on the same project with some responsibility for checking a portion of the completed drawings.
- Has some knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Develops concepts and edits specifications.

Qualifications:
**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Architecture required.
- Six (6) or more years of experience related practical experience with former employer(s).
- Advanced English level.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience mainly in building design related with the projects described before.
- Experience in Revit, Lumion and similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
