**Misión de la posición**:
Realizar los procesos de análisis e insights del desempeño de indicadores en ventas, liderando el proceso de Catalogaciones y sugiriendo estrategias que permitan el logro de los objetivos, así como de las estrategias comerciales, a fin de apoyar en la generación de información, asesoría y facilitar la toma de decisiones.

**Responsabilidades principales**:
1. Analizar las estrategias comerciales de la compañía, Clientes, mediante la obtención de la información de indicadores de gestión creando sinergias con los planes de desarrollo en Ventas, a fin de propiciar oportunidades de crecimiento y logro de objetivos de canal - categoría.

2. Controlar el presupuesto, generando el análisis y reporte mensual a los KAM´s, para generar las propuestas enfocadas a maximizar el impacto sobre la venta, obtener el análisis por cartera y saldo de Trade Activities.

3. Asegurar el seguimiento al comportamiento de la venta mensual, consultando la información generada y analizando los indicadores, a fin de apoyar en la ejecución de los planes de generación de demanda mensuales.

4. Analizar los indicadores de Sell Out e Inventarios de los Clientes, para generar propuestas a Resurtido, lo cual permita cubrir los agotamientos, nívelar días de inventario y facilitar el seguimiento con el equipo de Supply Chain y Customer Services en la atención y requerimientos logísticos del cliente.
