This Position reports to:
Financial Specialist

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

In this role, you will provide financial and control expertise to the MONM Division in Mexico for USA. You will benchmark key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with finance professionals to understand the drivers of financial and manufacturing performance, identifying trends that impact the business.

The work model for the role is: Remote

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor financial performance and analyze cost structures, pricing, and contributions.
- Execute end-to-end cost accounting processes, including cost allocation, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy through account reconciliations and support cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Bills of Materials and related systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- Strong understanding of standard cost accounting and general accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
