**General Summary**:
As part of Sony Pictures Television International Production’s worldwide network of television production companies, SPT Production Latin America & US Hispanic develops, produces and coproduces scripted and non-scripted, Spanish language programming for cable, broadcast, and SVOD clients in the US Hispanic and Latin American markets. With 3 offices serving the region (Miami, Bogota, Mexico City), SPT Latin America offers a variety of flexible content and business models to its clients.

SPT is looking for an Executive Director, Unscripted Production. This role will report directly to the SVP & MD, Production Latin America/USH for Sony Pictures Television, Latin America.

The Executive Director, Unscripted Production will follow up on pitches, manage budgets, cashflow schedules and delivery on all programs across the region.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Attach as appropriate writers, directors, producers to projects to enhance prospective sales to networks and distribution platforms.
- Oversee a team/crew in production.
- Manage talent and creative in production capacity on newly developed shows.
- Build and maintain relationships among artist reps and managers, music & tv executives, publicists, producers, production crew and vendors.
- Create and administrate budgets
- Optimize budget spent in productions
- Staff projects
- Lead the vendors selection and negotiation
- Keep up with technical advances, postproduction and market uses
- Improve workflows

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong analytical capabilities and judgment
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to pivot quickly and fluidly, think practically and be solution oriented.
- Strong existing relationships with vendors, agents, producers, etc.
- Highly collaborative and the ability to work well with others.
- Self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Experience working with multinational company.
- Knowledge of all industry standard budgeting software, including Movie Magic.
- Fluent in Spanish and English

**Required Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
