Documentar todos los viajes antes de comenzar y al finalizar cada uno. Transportar a los huéspedes hacia o desde los destinos asignados utilizando los vehículos del hotel. Estacionar el vehículo en el lugar designado cuando no esté en uso. Inspeccionar los vehículos del hotel a fin de detectar daños y el estado de limpieza. Controlar la presión de los neumáticos y los níveles de líquidos de los vehículos del establecimiento, y reabastecerlos de combustible si es necesario. Documentar todos los incidentes relacionados con vehículos (p. ej. daños, accidentes) y brindar informes de los incidentes al gerente o supervisor. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, organización, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas". Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad.
