- Position Summary- The Facilities Sr. Engineer will be responsible to ensure day-to-day effective functioning of facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using the best business practices to manage resources, services and process to meet the needs of the company. Maintaining in good working conditions and ensuring that the preventive and corrective maintenance programs schedules are being implemented according to the established guidelines and procedures.- Required profile- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree
- Experience of minimum 6 years in facility maintenance area at maquiladora industry
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, electrical, HVAC/AHU equipment and chillers, and air compressed systems- Able to fully communicate in English & Spanish.
- Team management skills

Project management skills.
