**Responsibilities**:
**Join Our Team as a Finance Planning Analyst at the Mexico Capability Center**

**About the Opportunity**:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of finance? As a **Finance Planning Analyst** at our **Mexico Capability Center**, you will play a vital role as a trusted business partner to our local Commercial and Category Finance teams across Latin America. You will take the lead in evaluating innovative marketing initiatives using P&L analysis and advanced financial techniques. This position is based in **Mexico** and offers a hybrid work model, with **two in-office days per week** for collaboration and engagement with colleagues.

**Your Contributions Will Include**:
As a **Finance Planning Analyst**, your key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering world-class financial services to Mexico Capability Center clients, consistently meeting and exceeding SLA expectations.
- Consolidating and validating P&L reports for a designated country in Latin America.
- Collaborating with local Finance and MBS teams to prioritize and align on weekly and monthly deliverables.

Qualifications:
**What You’ll Bring to the Role**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Foundational knowledge of P&L lines and their drivers.
- English intermadiate level
- Intermediate Excel skills (required
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive to explore and improve tools and processes.

**Languages**:

- Spanish (native proficiency), English (fluent), and Portuguese (a bonus but not required).
