**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for the security leadership of the site. Results-driven professional with a strong background in project management focused on process improvement, troubleshooting and team leadership. Expertise in electrical and mechanical diagnoses, construction, and repair, including designing layouts and schematics. Demonstrated leadership skills that guide teams to success and establish meaningful relationships with customers to sustain business operations. Additional desirable experience as security leader managing security teams and implementing security plans.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Ensures successful security leadership to sustain business operations and protect the employees, assets and proprietary information.
- Involvement in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification
- Project manager: owns projects schedule and budget, ensures deadlines with internal and external stakeholders
- Point of contact for all business requests related to the security management (customers/stakeholders)
- Responsible for aligning current and future security strategy with business standards or requirements
- Analyze the current security environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
- Ensure daily continuity of operations of the site, focused on the security
- Drive continuous improvement on the operation with KPIs aligned with the businesses and policies
- Be a strong promoter of policy compliance and decision making based on risk-analysis.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Project manager or related background, with focus on facilities or security projects
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Customer-oriented; demonstrated experience on connecting with stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills, written and oral
- Strong track record of horizontal collaboration within GE or in a similar size company
- Demonstrated transparency and excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, building, and implementing organizational vision, and a change driver.

- Knowledgeable about company requirements and security policies
- Knowledgeable about security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)
