We are seeking an experienced **Medical Doctor** to join our team and play a vital role in promoting and educating healthcare professionals about our products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong medical background and a passion for sharing knowledge. Responsible for training doctors and healthcare specialists on the effective use of our products, understanding their properties and benefits, and developing medical protocols for wound healing, disinfection, and more. You will also represent the company at medical conferences, expos, and webinars while being involved in the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Medical Protocols**: Create and implement medical protocols for wound healing, disinfection, and other relevant uses, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to engage with healthcare providers, offering expert guidance and support to drive sales. Assisted with product demonstrations and followed up on product inquiries.
- **Representation**: Represent the company at medical conferences and expos, sharing expertise on our products and their benefits to a broader audience of medical professionals.
- **Webinars and Presentations**: Host webinars and other educational sessions to discuss our products, their properties, and their potential benefits for healthcare providers and patients.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Medical degree (General Medicine, Infectology, Internal Medicine, or a related field).
- **Experience**: Experience in medical sales, product training, or customer support within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of CRM systems and medical sales tools.
- **Language Skills**: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage medical professionals.
- **Sales Experience**: A background in sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare field, will be an advantage.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: $18,000 to $25,000 MXN gross monthly, based on experience and English proficiency.
- **Benefits**: As per Mexican labor laws.
- **Work Hours**: Monday Through Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch.
- No working on the weekends.
