Coordinator of the customer and follow up the complaints: verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Support internal customers where is needed in order to find the root causes and countermeasure actions.

Support in Quality Molding Operation in order to implement the quality standard improvements when needed due to local and global projects and propose new ideas due to Quality trends.

Support and collaborate with other areas as PPS, LCI Tools, other Engineering Projects for productivity purpose. Implement Quality criteria of acceptance or reject of a product.

KPI follow up and calculation to report weekly and monthly in the specific platform, maintain the data base.
- Analyze and assure the quality procedures and processes and propose continuous improvements idea (globally and locally).
- Control of documents (in own quality area)

**-**Responsible for **Process Audit update -**In order to keep focus in the main top process findings and have a useful process audit, we need to have an special follow up to DPMOs and audit updated.
- Support **Digitalization**initiatives **-**Be the main support to implement the digitalization initiatives in moulding area. It is necessary analyze the amount of data in order to find out the main process deviation or opportunities to improve. That is through Power Bi reporting, SharePoint, Minitab and others tools.
