Google Apigee Certified Api Engineer

Requisition ID: 38804- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is searching for an Apigee Certified API Engineer, 5 + years of experience, who will be part of a world-class team that engineers’ tomorrow and build a better future. You will be working in a global and divers Integration department, which enjoys and celebrates successes and supports creating digital products for Danfoss customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Expected Deliverables**:
You will be collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a better digital experience for Danfoss customers. You will be working with the following.
- Develop API proxies and API products.
- Implementation of API management features.
- API security to ensure a robust and secure consumption of sensitive data.
- Develop API portal for consumption of API’s.
- Support API developers in understanding API management feature.
- We only make configuration changes to Apigee via CI/CD nothing can be changed via Apigee UI.
- Create handover documentation to support organization.

**Background & Skills**:
You have more than 5+ years of experience in many of the following areas.

You will be a member of a global team, that helps secure the implementation of API management and support our developers in API Design, API Mocking and API Testing to ensure quality in the developed API’s.
- Build API proxies and API products on Google Apigee platform.
- Experienced with Git workflows and Configuration as Code.
- Modern API security following OAuth2.
- Create API Design following open API specification 2 and 3.
- Experienced with Open API specification and best practices for RESTful design.
- Use Azure DevOps toolchain including CI/CD pipeline.
- Worked in Agile methodology (Scrum) environments.
- Change management and incident handling (ITIL).

**Qualifications**:

- 7 - 10 years of working experience in IT
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Google Cloud - Apigee Certified API Engineer
