Sr. Digital Marketing Communications Specialist
Responsible for the design of the digital marketing strategy for Global Life Sciences Technical Services, which includes, a variety of internal and external digital communications projects. This includes web ads, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, display advertising, and website updates. This position assists in maintaining our presence across all digital channels, measuring, analyzing, and acting on performance of strategies. In this role, it will be key to collaborate with regional marketing teams, agencies, CoE and IT teams to develop, implement & assess the success of our key digital solutions and build our future digital road map to continually transform the business forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Write key communications pieces to drive awareness of Technical Services for internal and external audiences. Maxwell and Yammer for example.
- Manage the process for Global and Regional approval processes
- using VevaVault.
- Ensure new literature placement in communication tools like ServiceMax and Showpad.
- Develop, execute and promote a digital strategy, to include multi-channel marketing and communications strategies, to drive increased key customer engagement and influence.
- Develop a digital marketing roadmap based on Regional needs, priorities, and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive digital plans for awareness, demand generation and retention campaigns with measurable objectives.
- Provide insights by working closely marketing leaders, gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback via multiple formats.
- Verify and maintain the integrity of data sources and integration to promote reuse and inheritability across the digital ecosystem.
- Understand key market trends, barriers, customer insights, and competitive information to identify customer needs at regional levels and translate into actionable programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; align, document and communicate regularly to ensure alignment on strategy, delivery, resource allocation and timing.
- Drive education related to digital marketing, channels, platforms, and the adoption of digital marketing approaches while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Business/Marketing or Communications Degree, MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of direct, digital and life-cycle marketing.
- Desirable notions of CSS and HTML
- Healthcare experience is desired, but not required
- Technical Services experience is desired, but not required
- Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems and how desktop, mobile, social, search and other online and offline channels work together in a consumer’s journey is preferred
- Experience with platforms such as CMS, digital asset management, ERP, marketing automation, CRM, web-service architecture, database administration, cloud architecture, business process planning, product life-cycle management for medical devices, services and technology organization
- Financial acumen and experience with developing financial models to assess impact of digital strategies
- Results oriented; ability to design digital solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to details
- Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously and maintain high quality deliverables in sometime ambiguous business environments
