Global Webinar Production Specialist

Location: Mexico City or Monterrey

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: Sr. Manager Global Demand & Digital Marketing

**Role Description**

You will set up webinars on the platform (Notified), organizing and carrying out dry runs and the broadcast of both live and semi-live webinars.

Responsible for the coordination and production of Rockwell Automation's webinar activation, which critical for generating awareness and engagement from our target markets. We are looking for a passionate webinar production specialist to help accomplish our webinar and meetings.

**Role Purpose**

The Digital Demand and Operations team at Rockwell Automation is looking for a Webinar Production Specialist who is an expert in the set-up, production and delivery of webinars. You will set up webinars on the platform (Notified), organizing and carrying out dry runs and the broadcast of both live and semi-live webinars.

You will cover high volumes of webinars and virtual meetings. You will have experience being manage the delivery of webinars for a B2B global company and who is used to delivering at volume whilst upholding production values and professional standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- ** 3+ years' experience in virtual events or webinar production role for B2B global/professional organization**:

- ** 2+ years' experience in using webinar platforms - Notified experience advantageous.**:

- ** Experience in Design Principles with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma.**:

- ** Advanced level of English**:

- Project management experience
- Social Media content creation for B2B audience.
- Production management experience
- 2+ years' production and editing experience.
- Experience using project management systems - JIRA experience advantageous

**Preferred Knowledge**
- Professional virtual events and webinar production
- Experience creating social media promotion of B2B content
- Project management models and tools - especially JIRA
- Market Technologies
