**IT Application Support Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
- Ensures all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).
- Supports Project Teams ensuring technology related projects are implemented successfully and on time with mínimal impact to the production environment.

**What do you need to have?**
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years related work experience.
- Good knowledge in Java, Spring, REST API
- Knowledge in Unqork (preferred)
- English proficiency.
