Buscamos a un(a)** Quality Control**apasionado(a) por la inspección, con experiência en el giro logístico y/o de paquetería.
El objetivo principal es asegurar una experiência positiva para el cliente y garantizar que los procesos se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente.
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad en paquetes recibidos y enviados.
- Supervisar y dar seguimiento a quejas relacionadas con la calidad del servicio y productos.
- Elaborar reportes de hallazgos y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
- Coordinarse con las áreas operativas para resolver incidencias de calidad.
- Mantener registros actualizados de inspecciones y resultados de auditorías internas.
- Participar en capacitaciones y mejora continua de procesos.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en control de calidad, preferentemente en el sector logístico o de paquetería.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Habilidad para la supervisión y resolución de quejas de clientes.
- Atención al detalle, capacidad de análisis y organización.
- Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
- Horario de oficina
