Materials Planner

Through our broad portfolio of sensors, electrical protection components and sensor-rich solutions which create valuable business insights, we help our customers address increasingly complex engineering and operating performance requirements.We are looking for the Materials Planner to join our team at our Mexicali location.The Materials Planner Analyst works on the holistic development and implementation of a supply chain that will produce sustained on time delivery performance, targeted customer lead time breakthroughs and optimized financial results. The Materials Planner will ensure the Sales and Operations Planning processes efficiently achieve customer service levels.General Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning production for manufacturing lines. Reviews and maintains manufacturing routings. Generates production plans and shop orders
- Analyzes requirements and plans for capacity based on forecast as well as what if scenarios
- Investigates and reports on potential production problems
- Coordinates with production supervisors and purchasing, communicates with customer service to meet customer needs
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation

- Utilizes ERP system to develop, track and maintain key metrics to monitor production performance. Reports KPIs to site management
- Set finished good inventory goals, review new inventory requirements, and ensure compliance to existing inventory models

**Experiência y requisitos**
- A university degree required or equivalent relevant work experience. - Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
