**This position reports to**:
Workstream Lead IRM CoE & ETF AMC

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back-office and other treasury activities for the organization under scope, in line with defined strategies, policies and procedures. Each day, you will support the team in executing transactions, preparing reports. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with appropriate policies and control. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the CFO function in Latin America. You will be mainly accountable for: -Providing underwriting data as required and payment of insurance premiums -Coordinating risk control activities/follow up for property program -File and manage to conclusion all local insurance claims for these programs -Ongoing management of external insurance brokers and provide insurance and contracts training along with brokers. -Risk Review Database participant on applicable contracts/bids and responsible for updating and maintenance of information in ATRIM database -Good working knowledge of legal terms, rules and ramifications regarding insurance in contracts and leases so that they can liaise with ABB attorneys on contract language/bids -Liaise with ABB CT-IRF (Zurich) and AMC CoE (Region).

**Qualifications for the role**:

- 5+ years experience in Insurance Management
- Bachelors Degree
- Advanced English is a must
- Good knowledge of legal terms regarding insurance in contracts and leases.
- Broker Management experience (preferred)
- Excel proficiency
