Instruments and Control Engineer

Join the K Family in Toluca. And you will be responsible of the design and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance plans of all instruments that require a high precision standard according to Environment, Health and Safety and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) policies that assure the operational process continuity by the proper functionality of instruments, creating human-technical development systems. Using the Reliability Maintenance Strategy by Kellanova Working System methodology.
Coordinate and execute predictive maintenance programs in order to generate savings in preventive maintenance plans extending equipment technical life.
You will take part in Global meetings for Smart Factory implementation.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Maintenance Plans and Policies - Preventive & Corrective maintenance plans follow up to assure its proper execution and continuous improvement. Coordinate and supervise all jobs required by Operations, Process Engineering and assure the accomplishment of the requirements. Assure all external maintenance policies efficient execution.
Instrumentation and Control - Planning & Execution of Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Budget
People Management - Develop Technicians in order to achieve high instruments and control knowledge. Ensure the execution of maintenance plans by allocating the least number of overtime hours. Verify in the direct reports the compliance with the Internal Regulations of Work and the Conduct Code.

Bachelors Degree
Advanced English
Instrumentations and control knowledge
- PLC, Programming
2-3 years’ of experience in similar role, preferably as Team Leader
