**What you will do**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Analyst to join our team within the Sensormatic North America (Retail). This role is integral to our organization, focusing on the creation of a diverse range of financial dashboards and reporting for the General Manager, Sales Organization and Finance leaders. Additionally, this role will play a vital role in our 80/20 initiatives.

**How you will do it**:

- Develop and maintain secured order reporting, daily/weekly/monthly readouts, participate in forecast compilation.
- Generate month end reconciliations for trending, waterfalls, and product category analysis.
- Answer commission inquiries related to the areas of influence.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in financial tracking for New Product Introductions (NPI), including revenue and profit contribution.
- Additional analysis as needed.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and v-lookups. Advanced PowerPoint skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of One Stream, Hyperion, Essbase, or HFM Enterprise is a plus.
- ERP system knowledge, particularly experience with Baan and Oracle Fusion, is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and highly driven with a creative mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
