As a **Commercial B2B Operations Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing trade programs, customer engagement strategies, and satisfaction initiatives. Leveraging the **PepConnect** platform, you’ll create seamless connections with customers, providing real-time visibility, actionable insights, and top-tier service to elevate store execution and communication.

**Your Impact**:
In this role, you will:

- ** Lead & Optimize** the end-to-end (E2E) rewards program, ensuring seamless execution from **PepConnect** uploads to point-of-sale material delivery, customer rewards distribution, and issue resolution.
- ** Enhance Customer Experience** by driving the customer satisfaction agenda, managing inquiries efficiently, and resolving concerns proactively.
- ** Identify Trade Growth Opportunities** to maximize point-of-sale (POS) impact and space, aligning with market trends, brand strategies, and B2B digital initiatives.
- ** Maximize Budget Efficiency** by optimizing trade marketing and rewards recognition investments to drive the highest impact.
- ** Analyze & Strategize** trade behaviors, demand trends, inventory levels, and product rotation to develop data-driven strategies with marketing and sales teams.
- ** Ensure Smooth Operations** by tracking the **E2E** process of trade and customer rewards materials—from purchase orders to placement and supplier payments.
- ** Keep PepConnect at the Forefront** by managing updates that align with evolving trade and rewards strategies.
- ** Monitor Performance** through key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking redemption rates and the effectiveness of the rewards program.
- ** Drive Execution Excellence** by connecting the **perfect store** strategy with the B2B digital agenda.
- ** Manage Change Communication** by ensuring clear updates on rewards program rules and enhancements.
- ** Create Impactful Communication Tools** by developing frontline materials (e.g., playbooks, toolkits, sales letters) to align with the B2B digital agenda.
