A global technology services company specializing in software development, digital transformation, and IT staffing is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Guadalajara. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in general accounting and Mexican tax compliance.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Location: Guadalajara
Must reside in Guadalajara or the metropolitan area
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in multinational companies
Strong knowledge of Mexican tax law and SAT compliance
Skilled in month-end closing, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset control
Experience with VAT returns, DIOT, ISSIF, DIM, RNIE reports
Familiar with SAT platform, XML retrieval, and Contpaqi
Advanced Excel proficiency
Fluent in Business English
**Responsibilities**:
Manage full monthly closing process including journal entries, revaluations, and reconciliations
Prepare and file tax reports (ISR, IVA, DIM, DIOT, ISSIF)
Monitor SAT submissions and control of tax balances and VAT refunds
Maintain fixed asset schedule and calculate depreciation
Ensure compliance with electronic accounting and invoicing
Support internal and external audits
Generate RNIE quarterly and annual reports for SRE
Collaborate with AP, AR, and Payroll teams for consolidated reporting
