Manufacturing Technician Iv

Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Compiles systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc. and advises on process optimization.
- Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; implements appropriate operation standards and follows production regulations.
- Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
- Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.

1.Experiência de 4 años en adelante en moldeo por inyeccion de plastico
2.Escolaridad técnica/ experiência que lo acredite y/o ingenieria
3.Amplia experiência en procesos de moldeo
4.Master molder I (preferentemente)
5.Exp en cambios de set up
6.Experiência en arranque de maquinaria
7.Mantener operando la maquinaria de inyeccion de colada caliente
8.Parametros de set up
9.Mantenimiento preventivo
