Major Accountabilities

~ Proporcionar soporte analítico a los gerentes en asuntos relacionados con actividades de FSC, toma de decisiones y proyectos generales.
~ Ayudar a colegas más sénior proporcionando análisis para ayudar en los procesos financieros, de informes y contables.
~ Contribuir en la preparación de análisis e informes con énfasis particular en la precisión, el cumplimiento y la puntualidad de los datos brindados (es decir, informes sobre la actividad de pérdidas y ganancias).
~ Soporte en la preparación de informes de hechos relevantes y cifras para los informes internos y externos, puntualmente y con precisión.
~ Ayuda a la preparación de propuestas escritas de proyectos, informes analíticos y presentaciones.
~ Contribuir al mantenimiento de información precisa y oportuna sobre activos fijos en el registro de activos fijos y proporcionar soporte en el mayor general, según la necesidad.
~ Proporcionar asistencia en Proyectos de Finanzas en el país o en la BU.
~ Notificación de quejas técnicas / eventos adversos / escenarios de casos especiales relacionados con los productos Novartis dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción
~ Distribución de muestras de comercialización (cuando proceda)

~Satisfacción de clientes internos con calidad, buen uso y puntualidad de los análisis financieros proporcionados
~Satisfacción del cliente en la entrega del servicio y KPIs específicos de procesos, según los SLAs acordados.
