Remote Interior Design Training Coordinator

We are an international photo editing company looking to employ an Interior Design Training Coordinator to join our Production Support Team.

**To be considered suitable for this role, you must have **minimum 2 years Interior Design experience**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Identify professional development training needs of the team and organise delivery
- Create processes and procedures to meet future learning and development goals for the department
- Take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing effective feedback and one on one coaching as required
- Oversee, enhance and contribute to the editing team workflow, productivity, and growth
- Effectively communicate updates and implement necessary changes with the team
- Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive training and team culture
- Keep accurate records
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Assist to ensure quality standards and SLAs are met
