Hsse Supervisor

**The Role**:
We are seeking an Offshore HSSE Supervisor - FLNG to be based offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. We are entrepreneurial, fast

**What you will do**:

- Support implementation of the FLNG Control of Work system which includes Permit to work, Lock-Out/Tag-out, Management of Change, Job Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessments, management of bypass/overrides (manual and electronic), etc.
- Emergency Response readiness assurance including emergency response drill management, desktop exercises, and emergency response equipment readiness
- HSSE compliance assurance of production, maintenance, living quarters, and catering activity
- Hygiene compliance including monitoring, sampling, and implementation of work protocols for noise, BTEX, mercury, H2S, NORM, chemicals, etc.
- Assure lifesaving appliances are maintained ready for use
- Facilitate the offshore FLNG induction / return-to-work for new arrivals and returning crew members
- Coordinate environmental monitoring and sampling based on the Environmental Management Plan
- Ensure waste is managed according to the Waste Management Plan
- Management of the offshore observation and intervention process
- Incident management including investigations (5-why and Root Cause Analysis)
- Ensure adequate onboard supplies of PPE and safety equipment
- Coordinate HSSE Inspections and workforce HSSE engagement
- Monitoring and reporting of leading and lagging HSSE KPI

**What you bring**:

- BS in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in an Offshore HSSE Lead role
- Qualified to perform Root Cause Analysis Investigations
- Able to complete an offshore medical examination (OGUK criteria)
- LNG facility start-up and operational experience is an added advantage
