Position Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

**Position overview**:
Their duties include brainstorming creative ideas with project teams, developing innovative visual concepts (that meet business goals) for approval, and implementing final design for production/use.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Their duties include brainstorming creative ideas with project teams, developing innovative visual concepts (that meet business goals) for approval, and implementing final design for production/use
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Develop design templates that will be used across towers
- Design business logos and other digital media used to promote products or services
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Collaborate on creative direction for the company as well as work with established guidelines specific to the Argano brand's intended style and tone
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work on a range of task from large scale complex designs to a simple social banner
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Report regularly on in-progress and past graphics/projects, highlighting what’s worked and what can be optimized

Required qualifications, experience and skills:

- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Collaborate with Creative Director to help grow and enhance company’s visual brand
- Create and design various materials for print (from large scale tradeshow booths down to business cards) and digital (social posts, e-book design, fact sheets, and more)
- UI/UX design for company website
- Develop design templates that will be used across other creative team members
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software - Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software such as Figma
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design processes
- Ability to distill complex or technical information into concise, impactful messaging
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Work with established guidelines specific to the brand's intended style and tone
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Mentor junior creative team members
