Shift Supervisor

1. Es responsable de la supervisión del personal a su cargo y en conjunto lograr metas de producción y calidad definidas para producción. 2. Verifica la utilización del correcto equipo y manejo de maquinaria con apoyo del personal técnico.
2. Ejecuta el plan de producción.
3. Alcanzar la meta de producción y OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
4.Dominio de los procedimientos que se indican en la matriz de Responsabilidades (Distribuida por Continental Cuautla), según el área donde se este desempeñando.
5. Conoce y participa en el sistema CBS (Continental Business System).
6.Realiza revisiones diarias para conocer tendencias y logros de las líneas y de acuerdo a ellas realizar planes de mejora continua.
7. Asegura que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas por el cliente.
8. Participar en el análisis de de solución de problemas
9. Líder de Mantenimiento Autónomo en la filosofía de TPM
