Become one of the pioneers that helps set the bar of excellence and culture that will shape our future. **_About the Role _** We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer to join the Trimble Cloud platform team. You will be a key member of a Trimble Cloud dedicated to developing and advancing Trimble’s QA automation efforts. You’ll be working to both refine and grow our existing app testing integrations and integrate modern frameworks and emerging technologies. The platform services are mission-critical for Trimble’s cloud strategy and will serve hundreds of thousands of users. We are looking for intelligent, organized, driven, and effective individuals. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be contributing to the evolution and quality assurance of the various platform services. **_What You Will Be Doing _** - Writing frameworks and tools to test products, combining the "building" aspect of software design engineering with the "breaking" aspect of software test engineering. - Working with Software Development Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers and other stakeholders to understand project features, review technical designs, and implement automated test tools that help deliver quality features with efficiency - Performing functional, design, regression, accessibility, and performance testing - Identifying, isolating, regressing, and communicating issues/defects with detailed reproduction steps - Perform design and code reviews that guarantee code quality - Follow our code review guidelines - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science - 2+ years of QA testing experience, including working on automation frameworks - Hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, and Jenkins - Coding skills using JavaScript, Typescript, Python, and/or C#, - Exposure with a wide variety of Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as S3, EC2, and IAM - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected - Scrum/Agile development - Proficient in the English Language **_Trimble’s Inclusiveness Commitment _** We believe in celebrating our differences.
