**What you’ll do**:

- Support financial data management, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
- Participate in risk and investment analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Evaluate financial performance and monitor key business indicators.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Recent graduate (max. 2 years) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or Accounting.
- Passion for finance and eagerness to build a long-term career in the field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or financial modeling is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Advanced English proficiency.**
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
