**Business Analyst**

**Guadalajara, Mexico (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office).**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable insights through the development

a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives

Ensure dashboards effectively communicate key insights and support decision-making

Manage the intake process for new reporting requests, prioritizing and coordinating deliverables

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutions

Provide occasional troubleshooting and support for Tableau dashboards and reports, when needed

Continuously seek improvements in UI/UX design and report functionality to enhance user experience

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in Business Analysis, with strong ability to gather and document detailed business requirements

Expertise in Tableau UI/UX design—creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate dashboards

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Conduct independent analysis across systems like Eagle, Trino, etc., to understand data sources and flow

Strong understanding of investment management and related reporting workflows

Experience with Tableau and SQL (must-have)

Comfortable documenting work in Confluence and assisting with production support when needed

Experience in product management, product ownership, or project coordination related to BI delivery

Familiarity with Tableau support and troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
