**Misión del cargo**:
Engineering manager for company facing trybe

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Provide guidance and mentoring for team mates in growing their careers
- Help implement effective engineering processes and policies
- Help shape the way we operate and grow as a team
- Represent the teams in planning and product meetings
- Ensure that the teams are able to resolve project issues, communicate status, and coordinate activities with peer teams
- Help set and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

**Important**:
Experience with Docker
Proficiency with git version-control system
Test and Deploy Complex Systems
Understand General Networking Concepts, Connectivity, Systems Architecture, Disaster Recovery
Gitlab

Datadog or other Equivalent Monitoring Tool

PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, etc)

**Nice to have**:
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloudformation) (Pulumi is a plus)
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Shell Scripting
Experience with configuration management software (Ansible is a plus)
Experience setting up continuous integration software (we using gitlab for repository and pipelines)
Ability to Containerize an Application and Build a Process Around Creating Containers and Pushing them to an Artifact Repository
Infrastructure as Code tools
Kubernetes
