PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
A front-line marketing representative, who qualifies leads, provides guest service and generates tour flow by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Positively represent the Company at any on or off-site locations and maintain a collaborative working relationship with hotel and other tourist industry affiliate employees.
Provide concierge services to all resort guests and owners in keeping with the Company and Resorts standards, maintaining the “service first, product second” approach.
Provide excellent guest services, including accurate tourist information.
Inspire confidence in the Company through professionalism.
Determine guests' eligibility for promotional presentations, according to the standards described in training.
Fully inform every guest about the preview, according to the standards described in Training.
Create curiosity about the Company, and encourage guests to tour with an open mind.
Coordinate (book) the preview tour.
Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
Complete special projects as assigned by Marketing Management
